Emma Merritt-Cuneo is an accomplished Programs Expert at the International Center for Transitional Justice since January 2018, providing significant support for programs across multiple countries, including The Gambia, Uganda, Yemen, Libya, Ethiopia, and Tunisia. Emma has a strong background in grant proposal management, research with a focus on gender-sensitive and victim-centered approaches, and the production of impactful publications. Additionally, Emma is a self-employed harpist with 18 years of experience in performance and a diverse repertoire. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Conflict Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Sweet Briar College.
