Ismail Ferdous is an accomplished photographer and educator with extensive experience in high-profile media organizations. Since October 2024, Ismail has served as an Explorer for the National Geographic Society and as a Faculty Member at the International Center of Photography. Ismail has held various contract roles as a photographer and cinematographer at major publications, including National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Bloomberg since 2016. Additionally, Ismail is affiliated with Agence VU' and stern.de GmbH. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing was obtained from East West University between 2007 and 2011.
