Brad is responsible for leading ICT’s engineering and estimating operations. He joined ICT in 1997 as a Project Engineer in Edmonton and has held numerous project, operational and management roles in the cooling tower sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

The original company was incorporated in 1958. In 1983, the construction and engineering divisions were amalgamated into International Cooling Tower Inc. and in 1989 International Cooling Tower USA, Inc. was incorporated. We are licensed by the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists (P119) and are members of the Cooling Technology Institute, Chamber of Resources, and several other professional and trade organizations. Our clients throughout North America operate over 650 cooling tower cells supplied by our company and over 800 additional cells which we have been engaged to maintain or upgrade. Our 54 year history is largely due to the extraordinary loyalty of our customers, which allows us to offer our new clients the services of one of the most experienced cooling tower companies. We are the industry leaders in cold climate cooling tower application and operation, and on-line upgrade or repair. Service Specialization International Cooling Tower is an industrial cooling tower supply and service company. We offer site and application engineering, equipment supply, contract maintenance, inspections, testing, onsite repair and upgrade services. We provide components from ourselves as well as most other North American and European suppliers. Our loyalty is solely to our clients with whom we seek to form long-standing relationships. The company provides O.E.M. materials and engineering from all the various cooling tower component manufacturers. We specialize in new construction including turnkey projects, maintenance and turnaround work in operating plants. Our large materials inventory and educated work force enable us to respond to any emergency on a 24 hour, year-round basis. Our engineers provide prompt quotations, specifications and performance projections via return fax or e-mail. Areas of Operations We are currently incorporated and licensed in 7 provinces and 32 states. Our main plant, yards and warehouses are located in Edmonton, Alberta where we maintain a considerable inventory of new, used and remanufactured cooling tower components for every type of tower. Our U.S. corporate office, attorneys and C.P.A.'s are located in Tucson, Arizona. We have regional operation offices in Denver, CO and Houston, TX. In addition, we maintain stock & equipment in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ontario and Texas. International Cooling Tower is insured and covered by Worker's Compensation in each state or province in which we are registered. Clientele It has been our privilege to serve a large number of major corporations, several of these continuously since 1958. Our People Professional engineers and technicians are available to perform application engineering, operational site testing, structural and component analysis. In addition, we offer operator training and maintenance planning. Our Journeyman cooling tower erectors have been selected from various trade disciplines, then field and college-trained by our Company. We offer 24 hour emergency service twelve months a year with 30 field crews of trained technicians. Training International Cooling Tower has developed a unique, extensive education program in conjunction with Fairview Community College, resulting in a Cooling Tower Technicians' Certificate. This training program is mandatory for full-time employees. Policy, Safe-Work Practices & Job Procedures A comprehensive corporate safety policy and work procedure manual has been developed by our Company. This extensive program meets or exceeds the various governmental regulations, including OSHA and OHSA. International Cooling Tower was one of the first companies to obtain a Certificate of Registration in the partners in Injury Reduction Program. Our safety program makes extensive use of professional in house and out sourced consultants for training and field personnel. Many of our technicians and supervisors hold certificates in EPA/AHERA Training. All of our technicians and supervisors hold certificates in fall protection, first aid & CPR, hoisting and rigging, forklift and aerial platform safety WHMIS/HAZCOM, H2S alive, confined space entry and many other related courses. The Safety Manual was authored to meet or exceed the safety requirements of each customer's on-site safety program and is constantly under review. This manual is being used as a model by various government and industry bodies.
