Currently serving as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, Michelle previously held the role of Senior Director of Communications & PR at DrFirst, Inc., where significant contributions were made to thought leadership and executive communications in healthcare technology. Prior positions include Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at Sentinel Risk Advisors, LLC, and the American Board of Anesthesiology, where Michelle focused on brand positioning and stakeholder engagement. Michelle also directed communications at Carillon Assisted Living and Signal Hill Company, driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. In the early career at the N.C. Rural Economic Development Center, Inc., Michelle managed public policy communications. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and is certified as a Crisis Communicator by the Institute for Crisis Management.
