Arad holds leadership roles in various organizations, including Head of Consumer Products Division at Ananey, a Paramount Company, and Senior Advisor at Playtika. As President of the National Olympic Committee of Israel and Chairwoman of the Sport Commission, a commitment to promoting sports in Israel is evident. Arad's experience includes being a Board Member for organizations such as Snunit and Concept 4 Success, founding a marketing firm, and holding the CEO position at PMI Kids World. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Reichman University.

On this basis it ensures the regular celebration of the Olympic Games, supports all affiliated member organisations of the Olympic Movement and strongly encourages, by appropriate means, the promotion of the Olympic values.
