Andrey Bibik's area of responsibility includes ensuring the work of Interpipe Steel and Interpipe Vtormet. Mr. Bibik has been working with Interpipe since 2003. Previously, he held the positions of Pipe Sales Director for the CIS and Ukraine Markets, Commercial Director for the CIS and Ukraine Markets, Sales Director for Mechanical Pipes. Since 2017, he was in charge of the Procurement and Logistics department of the Company. He has been appointed Director of the Steel Division in 2021.

Interpipe Novomoskovs'kyi Trubnyi Zavod VAT is active domestically and abroad, including such countries as: the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Holland, USA, Italy, Belarus, Africa, Germany and Baltic Sea Region countries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was Interpipe Limited with a stake of 87.64%.
