Adam Carroll

Adam Carroll is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational psychology, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management at IPG since September 2010, after previously holding the position of Director of Global Talent Management. Prior experience includes roles as VP and Global Director of Leadership and Development at DraftFCB from 2007 to 2010, Director of Leadership Development at Interpublic Group from 2005 to 2007, and Consultant at YSC from 2002 to 2005. Adam began a career in consulting as a Research Associate at Mercer Delta Consulting from 1999 to 2002.
