Jessica Prause

Jessica Prause is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple industries. Currently, Jessica serves as Senior Counsel at Interpublic Group (IPG) since October 2022. Prior to this, Jessica was the Global Head of Commercial Legal at Pollen, overseeing a small team handling all commercial legal affairs for a VC-backed company in the live music and travel sector. Jessica's previous positions include Head of North America Legal at NBCUniversal Media, along with significant roles at Buy It Installed, Inc., Prause Law, Surlamer Investments, and Lydecker LLP, showcasing expertise in commercial law, litigation, and general counsel responsibilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
