Oyo N'DORO has a history of working in various companies and holding several positions in the field of human resources. In 2004, Oyo worked as a talent acquisition apprentice at Datavance. In 2005, Oyo joined Médiante Système as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became the Global Human Resources Manager responsible for managing the HR activity of the company and its affiliates. From 2013, Oyo worked at Intersec Group as the VP of Human Resources, where they created the HR department and implemented various HR processes and projects. Oyo also supported the deployment of global HR processes and services in different locations.
Oyo N'DORO has a diverse education history spanning multiple years and institutions. In 1998, they enrolled at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, where they pursued a Maîtrise en droit social with a focus on Droit du travail, eventually completing their studies in 2002. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, N'DORO attended Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance (ESM-A), earning a Master's degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines, specifically in the field of Ressources Humaines. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, N'DORO attended ESSEC Executive Education, where they pursued an Executive Master's degree in Directeur des Ressources Humaines.
