Sarah Buchanan

Sarah Buchanan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Western Diversified Plastics and Vice President of Human Resources at Mission Point Healthcare Services, overseeing HR strategies for over 2,800 employees across 24 skilled nursing facilities in Michigan and Nevada. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Ascension and Senior Director of Human Resources at PSG® where responsibilities involved leading global HR initiatives and overseeing the implementation of an HRIS for more than 1,100 employees. With foundational HR experience dating back to positions at MBTech Autodie and earlier roles, Sarah has demonstrated extensive expertise in talent management, labor relations, and strategic HR planning, bolstered by a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Performance from Western Michigan University.
