Interval International
Marcos Agostini started their career at Interval International in 2001 and held various roles in sales and operations management before becoming the Regional Director for the Caribbean and Latin America. During this time, they cultivated relationships with 150 resort partners and played a key role in M&A transactions. In 2005, they co-founded Back to the Caribbean & Caribbean Residence Club, a consulting firm for vacation ownership and rental services. In 2016, Agostini returned to Interval International as the Senior Vice President for Global Sales & Business Development, where they led a global team and was responsible for driving sales and strategic partnerships. In 2024, they assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Interval International. Agostini's achievements include growing the LATAM region by 650% and achieving company-best market share.
Marcos Agostini's education history includes studying International Business at the University of Westminster and the University of London. Marcos also attended Stowe School in Buckinghamshire, England. In addition, Marcos has obtained a certification in Executive Education in Leadership and Public Speaking from Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
