Arben Shquti

Arben Shquti has extensive work experience that spans over several roles and companies. In 2001, they started working as a Lawyer for a Law Firm, representing the firm in court processes and preparing relevant documents for legal proceedings. At the same time, they also worked as a Part Time Collaborator for the Albanian Helsinki Committee, where they observed and reported on the General election in the Dibra District and focused on human rights issues in Albanian prisons.

Later in 2001, Arben joined INTRACOM TELECOM ALBANIA as the Head of Contracting & Legal Department. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the legal performance of the company, handling various types of contracts, negotiating site acquisition and lease contracts, managing construction permit procedures, coordinating public and private contracts, defending the company against claims from third parties, and providing legal assistance to other departments within the company.

Arben Shquti obtained a Master's Degree in Business Law, Trade, and Tax Law from M.B. University in the years 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the Faculty of Justice, University of Tirana, Tirana, Albania, from 1997 to 2001, earning a degree in Law. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at Asim Vokshi High School in Tirane, specializing in Foreign Languages, from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Arben Shquti also obtained a Lawyer License from the Albanian National Bar Association in 2004.
