Benjamin Palmer

Benjamin Palmer is an accomplished account executive with extensive experience in client relations and operational development, currently serving at IntraFi since June 2020, where responsibilities include engaging over 3,000 banks and achieving a 100% customer satisfaction score in 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin contributed to Gartner and CEB in various account management positions, effectively managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies and driving client renewal processes. Benjamin's career began at George Mason University with roles that involved facilitating orientation programs and assisting student services, complemented by involvement in the arts through the Steppenwolf Young Adult Council and Piccolo Theatre.
