With a robust background in testing and business analysis, Sam has been a Freelance Test Manager at Applause since March 2015, working with high-profile clients in internet, ecommerce, and telecom sectors. Previous roles include Test Manager and Business Analyst at Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services and A&O IT Group, where Sam contributed to project management for major blue-chip clients. Earlier experience includes a position as Test Manager for Steatite Limited in Taiwan and serving as Head of Science and Innovation at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2009 to 2014. Sam holds an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City, University of London.
