Jane Kahler is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and financial operations. Currently serving as General Manager Risk & Governance and Group Company Secretary at Intrepid Travel since January 2018, Jane manages statutory reporting, audit, compliance, and tax activities while ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements. Previously, Jane held roles as Finance Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components, where leadership and business partnering were pivotal, and as Commercial Manager at Infoactiv Group, contributing to strategic business initiatives. As Australian Group Finance Director & Company Secretary for Trailfinders, Jane prepared vital commercial reports for executive leadership.
