Michael Eggert

Michael Eggert, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services at Intrinsic LLC, a role started in February 2023, after previously holding the title of Senior Associate in the same department. Prior experiences include positions as Mid-Market Account Executive at NetSuite, Accounting Manager at Lanphier Accounting, LLP, and a Finance & Accounting Recruiter at 361 Services. Michael also served as CEO of ParkMan USA, LLC, and gained substantial auditing experience at EY as an Audit Assurance Senior, where responsibilities included supervising staff and performing SOX compliance evaluations. Early career roles included a Teaching Assistant position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and internships at Ernst & Young and Rayovac Corporation. Michael holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attended Copenhagen Business School.
