Previous roles at Confluence include Vice President of Global Product Strategy and Global Head of Regulatory Reporting Solutions, where Thomas defined product strategies and optimized market positioning. Earlier positions involved managing EMEA market strategies and serving as a Principal Consultant and Senior Business Consultant. Thomas began a career at SDLC Partners as a Senior Business Analyst. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
