Gabriela Ávila Souza

Gabriela Ávila Souza is currently working as a LatAm Back Office Analyst I at Involves since February 2023. Prior to this, Gabriela worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Philips from August 2021 to February 2023. Gabriela has experience in creating service contracts, managing system information, and connecting Installed Base Products. Gabriela also has experience in pricing at TWC - Transporto World Cargo and as an intern in foreign trade. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas and is currently pursuing an MBA in Projects: leadership, strategy, and business.
