Danijela Jankovic

Danijela Jankovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support services, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Commodity Client Support Services at ION since January 2021. With a strong background at Openlink Financial, Jankovic has held various roles including Associate Director of Client Support in Global Operations, Manager of Customer Service for the EMEA and APAC regions, and Head of the European Desk. Early career experience includes a position as a Software Consultant at Freudenberg IT Solution & Consulting KG, where Jankovic also acted as Project Leader for a major energy project in Serbia. Jankovic holds degrees from Ruhr University Bochum and Fachhochschule Bochum.
