Jay Chavez

Jay Chavez serves as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations at Ionics-EMS Inc., overseeing Business Units and support departments, ensuring resource maximization in line with company objectives. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Chavez has successfully handled sourcing, logistics, and materials management, directly supervising 60 international engineers and managing complex manufacturing operations across multiple sites. In addition to leadership roles at Ionics-EMS, Chavez is the Chairman of the Saint Vincent College of Cabuyao, where strategic planning and budget management for a large educational institution are key responsibilities. Chavez also represented the Philippines as a speaker at the World Trade Organization in 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa University.
