Emily Koepsell

Emily Koepsell currently serves as the Head of Engineering Operations at IonQ, a position held since 2023, and previously worked as the Head of Technical Program Management Team at Lunar Energy from 2021 to 2022, where significant contributions included advising executives on product development strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Apple from 2016 to 2021, where achievements encompassed sustainability strategy development for packaging materials and management of product launch operations. Earlier career milestones include consulting at Navigant on a multi-billion dollar Smart Grid project and serving as a research fellow and guest lecturer at various institutions. Emily Koepsell holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple engineering degrees from prestigious universities including MIT, Dartmouth College, and DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
