Radhwen Ben Ali currently serves as the Global Head of Quality & Operational Excellence at IONWAY, overseeing global quality management and operational excellence for CAM and pCAM materials in Volkswagen EV batteries since January 2024. Prior to this role, Radhwen held the position of Global Quality Director at CT Automotive, managing quality across Asia, Europe, and North America for automotive plastic kinematic interior parts. Radhwen's experience includes serving as a Regional Senior Quality Manager in Asia, Operations Manager at Tecno System Group focusing on wireless automotive electronics, and Quality Assurance Manager at Efore, where responsibilities encompassed power supplies for various industries. Earlier roles include Customer Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls, specializing in automotive electronics. Radhwen Ben Ali holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis.
