Brad Cutler

Brad Cutler is an experienced GIS Coordinator in the Office of Traffic & Safety at the Iowa Department of Transportation since November 2009. Prior to this role, Brad Cutler served as a Planner at MIDAS Council of Governments from March 2007 to November 2009 and worked as a Project Specialist at Golden Hills RC&D from July 1999 to February 2007. Brad Cutler began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Iowa State University from July 1998 to June 1999. Educationally, Brad Cutler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa, completed between 1992 and 1996, and furthered studies at the University of South Carolina from 1996 to 1998.
