Deborah Johnstone is currently serving as the Customer Experience Coordinator for Member Services at IPAA NSW since November 2023. Previously, Deborah held the position of Growth & Relationship Manager at SocialGen from June 2021 to October 2023, where the focus was on generating high-value B2B sales opportunities. Prior to that, Deborah worked as a Sales Development Representative at Assignar, an operations software platform for construction contractors, from October 2019 to June 2021. Deborah's earlier experience includes a role as a Business Solutions Executive at NSW Business Chamber from August 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included customer engagement, business development, and member support, along with a position as an Alliance Executive that involved managing alliance partner relations. Deborah's educational background is from Williams Business College.
