Catalina Basaguren is an experienced professional in international business and sales, currently serving as the International Business Director and previously as International Business Manager at IPEM since September 2019. Prior to this role, Catalina held positions at IMCAS from June 2016 to September 2019, focusing on sales and event management for medical research conferences tailored to aesthetic plastic surgery and dermatology. Catalina's career began at Alliance Business Centres Network as Regional Manager for Europe, where responsibilities included enhancing member services in executive office spaces, followed by roles in small business support and as a member service representative. Catalina's early experience includes managing a Mexican restaurant in Manhattan. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad de Monterrey and further studies at ESSCA.
