Caroline Hoste is an experienced legal professional specializing in project and finance matters, currently serving as a Partner at DLA Piper's Belgian Banking & Finance department since September 2022. Caroline is also an IPFA Belgian Council Member, contributing to global representation and networking in infrastructure and energy financing since February 2024. Previously, Caroline was a Counsel at Lydian and held roles at Jan De Nul Group and DLA Piper, where expertise encompassed project finance, real estate finance, trade and export finance, and leveraged finance. Caroline has been an active member of the IPFA Future Leaders Network, fostering professional development for early to mid-career professionals. Academic qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Law from Ghent University and an Erasmus degree in Financial Law from Université de Fribourg.
