James Woodward currently serves as a Partner at KPMG East Africa and the Africa Head of Transport & Infrastructure, overseeing advisory services in the transport and infrastructure sector across 29 practices in Africa. As Chairman of the East Africa Branch Council for the International Project Finance Association (IPFA), James guides operations that connect public and private sector interests in infrastructure and energy project financing. James also founded and chairs Kickstart Kids International and previously held the role of Head of Infrastructure Hub for KPMG in Africa, leading a team of 115 professionals in the region. James Woodward holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Australian Catholic University.
