Mark Richards is a Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP), a prominent international law firm, since September 1997. In addition to this role, Mark serves as a Project and Infrastructure Finance Partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner, also from September 1997. Mark is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and an Attorney in New York State. Since June 2009, Mark has held the position of Company Secretary for the Infrastructure Project Finance Association (IPFA) and has also served as a Non-Executive Director on its global board. Mark's early experience includes an internship in the Group Legal function at NatWest in 1993. Mark obtained a Legal Practice Course degree from The University of Law and an LLB (Hons) in Law from Brunel University of London.
