Elina Rabinovich

Elina Rabinovich, MSIS, is an experienced business systems analyst with a strong background in technology consulting and user experience management. Currently serving as the Lead Business Systems Analyst at iPipeline since November 2017, Elina has held multiple leadership roles in business analysis for the company's AFFIRM products. Prior experience includes roles at HBO Latin America, where Elina was a Business Analyst, and nearly a decade at Deloitte Digital, advancing from Consultant to Manager while advising Fortune 500 clients on digital strategy and customer experience. Elina has successfully led teams on complex projects, managed product development, designed user-friendly applications, and oversaw major system redesigns, contributing to notable clients such as VMware, McAfee, and eBay. Elina holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
