Robert Savage

Robert Savage is a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently positioned at IPS-Integrated Project Services since January 2023, Robert provides support to process engineering functions through project assignments and document reviews. Prior to this, Robert held multiple roles at Merck from 2000 to 2024, including Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed the design and start-up of various facilities and processes such as formulation, filling lines, freeze drying, and biologic manufacturing. Robert's expertise extends to significant projects involving Hot Melt Extrusion technology, crystallization equipment, and pollution control technologies. An alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Robert holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
