Steve Hartenberger has extensive experience in technical sales and project management, currently serving as Inside Technical Sales and Product Leader at Ipsen, Inc. since August 2014, where responsibilities include assisting customers with heat treat furnace control upgrades, developing project budgets, and ensuring successful execution of customer orders, leading to significant sales growth. Prior to Ipsen, Steve held various sales and supervisory roles at Gleason Cutting Tools Corporation, focused on increasing sales in both domestic and international markets, and was selected for a corporate Leadership Development Program. Steve's career also includes a role as Supply Chain Manager at Alcoa Wheel Products, where achievements included managing procurement and production processes, leading cross-functional teams for process improvement, and successfully achieving ISO 14001 certification while enhancing environmental compliance. Steve holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Illinois University.
