Niazi Jabeer has a diverse work experience in project management and information technology. Niazi is currently the Head of Customer Success at IPSI, where they focus on improving customer experience and setting them up for success. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Products at IPSI and as a Principal Solutions Architect and Delivery Lead.
Before joining IPSI, Niazi worked at Jetstar Airways as a Senior Agile Project Manager, overseeing the upgrade of the Jetstar Intranet and the upgrade of core systems. Niazi also served as a PCI DSS Compliance Specialist, ensuring the delivery of solutions for compliance requirements.
Niazi has also worked at Vocus Group Limited as a PCI Program Manager, where they managed the PCI compliance requirements for 11 separate consumer brands. Niazi also served as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Vocus Group Limited.
Earlier in their career, Niazi worked at M2 Group Ltd as a Project Manager for IT Services, managing critical technology projects. Niazi also served as the ITS Support Manager at M2 Group Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at Commander as a Network Engineer and in Level 3 Technical support and escalation.
Niazi Jabeer, PMP, CSM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Telecommunications Engineering from Monash University, which was obtained between 1999 and 2004. In 2016, they obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
