Eli Mattar serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at IPT PowerTech Group since December 2018, leading a multinational company in power and telecom services. Previously, Eli held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Middle East Venture Partners from November 2017 to November 2018, where oversight of a $220 million portfolio was key, along with advising portfolio companies on operations. Prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer roles at The EuroMena Funds, managing over $300 million in investments, and as Group Finance Director at Khoury Home. Early career experience includes positions at Ernst & Young, Morgan International, and KPMG in audit and financial instruction. Eli holds a CPA degree from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and a BA in Business from the American University of Beirut.
