Phylis F. has over 30 years of work experience. Phylis started their career at Deloitte Consulting in 1990, where they served as a Senior Manager for a decade, specializing in process improvements and ERP implementations for finance, accounting, human resources, and procurement. Phylis then joined Ledgent as the VP of Business Development and Implementation Services, responsible for forming strategic partnerships and overseeing customer migrations to ERP platforms. Phylis later joined HSBC Technology Services, where they held various roles, including VP Applications/Global Resourcing and VP of Business Applications, managing technology support for North American business units and leading all business unit technology services support. Their most recent role was as the VP of Solution Design at IQ BackOffice.
Phylis F. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from The Wharton School. Phylis also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
