Michael Moore

Michael Moore is an experienced executive with a diverse background in customer experience and digital solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Global CX & DX Solutions at iQor since April 2024, Michael also co-founded and serves on the Board of Directors for Speakalytics, focusing on voice analytics for sales. As President of HaberMoore Inc. since June 2005, Michael provides strategic consulting services. Michael has held various advisory and interim positions, including a role as Interim COO at conversationHEALTH and Interim COO/CRO at healthintel.ai, both in the healthcare technology space. Prior positions include Executive Vice President roles at The Walt Disney Company and Fox Networks Group, where Michael led global customer operations, and a long tenure at SiriusXM, overseeing extensive operations across numerous countries and service channels.
