Adam Greene

Adam Greene currently serves as the Director of Global Compensation at iRhythm Technologies, Inc., providing strategic oversight to ensure competitive compensation programs. Prior experience includes a prominent role as VP of Executive Compensation at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed designing executive compensation and equity programs, collaborating with the CHRO, and preparing materials for the Board's Compensation Committee. Adam also held senior positions in the International and Americas Total Rewards functions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing Total Rewards for over 50 countries and managing programs across North America and Latin America. Earlier career roles were with HP and Compaq Computer Corporation, focusing on compensation analysis and HR business partnership. Adam holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a BA in Human Resources from Eckerd College.
