Amos Meeks is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Irradiant Technologies, where innovative processes for patterning large refractive index gradients in 3D geometries have been developed. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD candidate at Harvard University, focused on adaptive materials systems in the Aizenberg lab, and co-founding Lilypad Scales, where a home wheelchair scale was brought from concept to a successful product. Other professional roles include project engineer at Giner, Inc., working on high-voltage lithium-ion battery technology, and internships at Metal Oxygen Separation Technologies and Coating Technologies Solutions, where experience in materials science was gained. Amos Meeks holds a PhD in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Harvard University and a degree in Engineering with a concentration in Materials Science from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
