Olivia Decker is a dedicated professional with a background in nursing and healthcare management. With a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Charles Sturt University, Olivia has gained extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including St Vincent's Hospital and MetLife. Olivia is currently serving as the Regional Panel Occupancy Manager at IRT Group, where Olivia also holds roles as a Care Manager and Palliative Care Innovator. Olivia is passionate about providing quality palliative care services, having difficult conversations around dying and death, and ensuring every individual has the choice of holistic care and dignity in life and death. Olivia is also a Diploma Frontline Management graduate from IRT College and has experience as a Residential Manager at HammondCare.
