Kelly Micco

Kelly Micco is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and finance. Currently serving as Vice President, Flex+ at Irvine Company since April 2019, Kelly has held several leadership roles within the organization, overseeing finance and investments. Prior to this, Kelly was an Asset Manager at CM Capital, responsible for a core office portfolio across the west coast, and previously worked at Equity Office Properties in various capacities, managing substantial office portfolios. With earlier experience at SolarCity, Hines, John Laing Homes, and Pulte Homes, Kelly has developed a robust skill set in financial analysis and property management. Kelly holds an MBA and a degree in Business, Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
