Sheri Maynard

Sheri Maynard is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Director at The Irvine Company since March 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at MPA, Inc., and Project Analyst for Design & Construction at Southern California Edison, where responsibilities involved liaising with multiple stakeholders and managing Capital Maintenance projects. Sheri also held positions as Director of Development Services at Patterson Builders, Project Manager/Owner's Representative at Lutzky Associates, and Development Associate at Snyder Langston, gaining expertise in project management, entitlements, construction management, and budget oversight throughout various stages of development. Sheri holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA, earned between 1987 and 1990.
