Paula Matta L. Jorge

Paula Matta L. Jorge has a diverse career in investment banking and consulting, currently serving as Diretora Geral and CRO at isaac since August 2020. Prior to this role, Paula contributed significantly at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2015 to August 2020, holding titles of Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant, as well as a Summer Consultant role in June 2014. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate and Analyst in the Investment Banking divisions at Goldman Sachs and Citi, from September 2010 to April 2013 and January 2009 to August 2010, respectively. Paula holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, obtained in 2008, in addition to a year of study at the University of California, Berkeley.
