Russell Turner

Russell Turner is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the National Property and Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at iSmash since June 2018. Prior to this role, Russell worked at Vodafone from April 2006 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing regional operations, coaching, and training staff, as well as implementing successful recruitment strategies that significantly reduced attrition. Earlier experience includes serving as a Site Manager at Access Self Storage and owning and project managing a bar and club, alongside marketing efforts. Russell holds a BA (Hons) in American/United States Studies/Civilization from the University of East Anglia.
