Alden (Chia-Chun) Hung is an accomplished neuroscientist currently serving as a Principal Research Scientist at Isomorphic Labs since February 2022, previously holding the position of Staff Research Scientist at DeepMind from 2015 to February 2022. Alden's career includes roles as a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) and a Visiting Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where the focus was on visual processing in awake marmosets through multi-modality approaches. Alden also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University, studying medial axis shape coding in the macaque inferotemporal cortex. Alden holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an M.D. from Chang Gung University.
