Jim Farrell has an extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. James (Jim) started their career in 1985 as an Engagement Director at McKinsey & Company. In 1991, they moved on to become Vice President of Foodservice at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. In 1995, they co-founded and became the Director and President of f'real foods. In 2013, they founded and became the Director of Title 21 Software, Inc. and CC3IC - Climate Change Investigation, Innovation and Investment Company, LLC. In 2014, they became the Director of IsoThrive, LLC. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of Beyond Carbon Energy LLC. In 2016, they became the Director of Brillouin Energy Corp. and in 2017, they founded and became the Founder and Managing Member of Rosta Caffe.

James (Jim) Farrell attended Harvard Business School from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained an MBA in General Management. Prior to that, they attended Cornell University from 1973 to 1979, where they obtained a BS and MEng in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering.
