Rohan Dadlani is the Head of Legal at Isprava and Lohono Stays, leading the legal strategy for India's luxury construction and hospitality sectors since March 2020. Rohan provides comprehensive legal guidance on critical issues such as land acquisition, risk management, and contract negotiation. Prior to this role, Rohan served as a Real Estate Transaction Manager at WeWork, where responsibilities included managing the supply pipeline and leading transactions from inception to closure. Rohan's legal career began as an Associate at ALMT Legal and Parinam Law Associates, focusing on real estate and dispute resolution. Rohan's experience also includes a position as General Manager at a Mumbai-based real estate development firm. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Management Studies and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, along with a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
