Charline GANARD

Charline GANARD has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2012, they started as an Agent Administratif et Accueil at Pôle emploi, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Conseillère en Insertion Professionnelle at MLIDR11, providing employment support to young individuals and assisting with job search techniques. In 2015, they worked as a Conseillère en Insertion Socio-Professionnelle at HERICK CAYE FORMATION, focusing on socio-professional integration.

In 2018, they joined GRETA as a Formatrice, conducting training programs and facilitating the development of professional projects for participants. Charline also collaborated with various training organizations and companies to support the program's participants.

From 2020 to 2021, Charline worked as a Conseillère Pôle Relations Entreprises at MLI du Biterrois, focusing on building relationships with businesses. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Consultante Centre Expert BTP at Randstad, specializing in the construction industry.

Currently, Charline GANARD is the French-Spanish Market Talent Acquisition & Coordinator at ISPROX, providing talent selection services for companies that prioritize their human resources and value individuals.
