Stephan is an Executive Director with over 16 years of experience with ISS Corporate Solutions. For the past seven years, he has led the Corporate Governance Advisory team that focuses on issues relating to corporate governance, executive compensation, and governance ratings across the EMEA region. Prior to his current position, he held a leading business development role with ISS Corporate Solutions Americas. He is a frequent presenter and speaker at conferences in the region.
Stephan holds a B.A. in International Management with a minor in German from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.S. in International Management from the University of Maryland University College.
