Todd Bloom

Todd Bloom serves as the Senior Advisor to the CEO at ISTE since March 2025 and as President of Everbloom Learning, a rebranded early childhood education company founded by Todd Bloom's parents, since March 2022. Additionally, Todd Bloom has been the Principal at Blueprint Education Group since December 2005, providing growth advisory services to education organizations across the U.S. Prior roles include Chief Learning Officer & Head of International Sales at Kami, Managing Director at Common Group, and Managing Partner at WGU Labs Fund. Todd Bloom has significant experience in edtech, having designed and led the WGU Accelerator, and previously held positions as Research Associate Professor at the University of Virginia and Senior Advisor at Jefferson Education Exchange. Todd Bloom earned a PhD in Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
