Brandie Ebert

Brandie Ebert, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Nurture & Growth at ITA Group, Inc. since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer success roles from previous positions at Cooleaf and Modern Campus. Brandie has also held significant roles at St. Petersburg College, where responsibilities included coordinating online student activities and providing career and academic advising, as well as serving as the Student Services Director at Herzing University. Early career experiences include roles in admissions and administrative support at Full Sail University, Big Machine Records, and Appalachian State University, where Brandie began as an Administrative Assistant and progressed to administrative director at the Appalachian GuitarFest. Brandie earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies/Business from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration from Herzing University.
