Christopher Bennett is an accomplished L2 Network Support Engineer with extensive experience in network operations and support. Since July 2017, Christopher has been contributing to Mizuho Americas, and has simultaneously held various engineering and support roles at ITC Secure Networking since October 2012, including Project Engineer and L1 Network Support Engineer. Responsibilities include working in NOC and SOC environments, adhering to stringent service level agreements, performing troubleshooting and escalation processes, and managing incidents and support documentation. Prior to this, Christopher served as Warehouse Team Leader at Neville UK Plc from September 2010 to October 2012.
